Network Engineer II

What we are looking for:

Summary

With moderate supervision, perform customer-focused technical implementation and support of CSTG’s managed services and customer projects. Complete new client onboarding, existing client upgrades, and project services as a part of a team or individual.

Qualifications Include:

  • Windows Server (All versions currently supported by Microsoft)
  • Microsoft Cloud Technologies (Office 365, Azure)
  • VMware vSphere
  • LAN/WAN Networking

A successful Network Engineer II will be able to:

Support the installation and deployment of network and server hardware, operating systems, application software, storage, and cloud services to support both customer requirements and CSTG’s best practices.

  • Windows Server (All versions currently supported by Microsoft)
  • Microsoft Cloud Technologies (Office 365, Azure)
  • VMware vSphere
  • LAN/WAN Networking

Education and Experience:

  • Microsoft, VMware, Networking (SonicWALL and Cisco) certifications preferred
  • Minimum of two years Windows administration experience
  • Preferred two years of experience with server-class, Intel-based computer hardware
  • On the job training will also be provided

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Self-Driven and goal-oriented
  • Customer-focused
  • Create detailed documentation of implemented systems
  • Demonstrated logical thought processes and high learning ability
  • Strong work ethic
